January 1st: Seasonal Multi-Course Dinner($45)

In New York, everyday we get lots of inspiration from international food. Our chefs always make something new to combine Japanese food and international ingredients. Nikujaga, braised beef and potato, is a popular Japanese home cooking dish. Chefs give a little change of that. They use lamb instead of beef. Of course they changed a sauce ratio too. And don’t forget to try “snow crab and leek soup” too.
