February 18th Sake Event.

“Kagatobi Night”

 
On February 18th, Wasan will host a tasting with Mr. Yageta of the Fukumitsuya Brewery, located in Ishikawa, Japan.
Fukumitsuya Brewery is one of the renowned sake brewery in Japan.

That evening, we will carry more than 6 kinds of sake from the Fukumitsuya Brewery.
Each glass will be on sale for $10 up, while a sampler of 3 kinds of sake will be on sale for $16up.

During the event, you may order from our full menu as usual.
If you like, our sake sommelier will be on hand to recommend good pairings of Wasan menu items and Fukumitsuya sake.

Stone grilled Wagyu beef steak(和牛石焼ステーキ)
