July 1st: Our popular dessert “Sweet rum pumpkin paste wrapped in pancake($8)”

We have lots of fans for this menu. Many people asked us to put this back on the dessert menu. In this month we will have it. But it’s only this month(July 2012). Please come and try before end of July.

July 1st: New Wagyu menu, “Wagyu tartar($16)”

“Wagyu beef” refers to breeds of Japanese cattle predisposed to extensive marbling and high percentage of unsaturated fat, which can be bred to produce Kobe style beef. This high quality meat is prized for its tenderness, juiciness and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Enjoy the best part of fresh Wagyu, “bottom round”. This comes with shiso, red onion, spicy sauce and rice crust on the side.

July 6th: Wasan Shio Ramen

We have been working on “Ramen project” for a while. Finally we’ve made it!
Starting tonight(10pm – 1am), we serve “Wasan Shio Ramen($10)”.

The based soup is “Wasan dashi stock”.
As you know, in Japanese cuisine, “dashi stock” is really important. We make our “Ramen” soup based on this, and added to chicken, pork, dried shrimp, sardine, kelp and vegetables to make soup. It’s clear, but very rich flavor. Topped with assorted vegetables,” Chashu” pork and half-boiled egg.
