For one year we have discussed with brewery in Japan and tasted many samples, finally Wasan Junmai has just made.


Since our food is like “Nouvelle cuisine”, which is characterized by lighter, more delicate dishes and focusing on ingredients, we asked brewer to make less aroma, soft touch and complex. Eventually It ends perfect sake for Wasan.

Specially it goes well with “Wagyu sushi” and “Uni lover” in our menu.
