We will open thanks giving day.

Unlike regular menu, we will make Wasan special party plates. It’s a party style, you can try our food as much as you want.
Although it’s a party style, we have a table and chairs.

$40 comes with 8 kinds of party plates (including turkey dish in Japanese style).

  • Foie gras egg custard
  • Pumpkin Soup
  • Sashimi salad
  • Assortment deep fried breaded skewers
  • Grilled Tilefish “Yuan style” (marinated with soy sauce, mirin and yuzu citrus before cooked)
  • Cooked oyster “Jibuni style” (oysters covered with flour are cooked with “dashi stock”)
    • Sautéed pancake with yellow chive and dried shrimp
  • A whole turkey stuffed cooked rice with Wasan gravy

We will prepare special drink menu too.

Also people make a reservation until 23rd, one free appetizer from Wasan’s popular dish; choice of “Uni lover” or “Foie gras rice” or “Open roll”
