We had a great time for introducing one of Wasan’s signature menu, “Wasan Pickles”.

We had 8 kinds of pickles.

  • Napa cabbage pickled with salt and yuzu citrus
  • Aloe pickled with soy sauce
  • Brussel sprouts pickled with curry vinegar
  • Celery pickled with rice bran
  • Watermelon raddish pickled with sweet rice wine
  • Turnip pickled with sake lees and yuzu citrus
