We are participating “Celebrating the Spirit of Japanese Chefs in New York City” @ Brooklyn brewery.
Many of top Japanese restaurant join this event.

Our chef will make two dishes, Eel with “Kenchin-maki” style and ”Grilled salmon with béchamel sauce”
*Kenchin-maki style is “simmered vegetables mixed with tofu wrapped with grilled eel.

We are happy to collaborate with other top Japanese restaurants.
