We are pleased to inform you that on Sunday, October 16,
we will be celebrating our one year anniversary.
During the week of October 11th-16th, we will be having a special course menu in order to celebrate this occasion. This menu will consist of Wasan’s 10 most popular items from the past year as per our great chef’s Kaku & Ryota.
Among these 10 dishes are the following :
- 5th place is “Eggplant with garlic sauce”.
- 4th place is “Foie Gras rice”.
- 3rd place is “Homemade pickles”.
- 2nd place is “Gyunikomi”.
- 1st place is (you must come to Wasan for the answer).
As you know, in Japanese Wa-san literally means “three Japanese guys”.
Therefore, three (3) Japanese guys and a one (1) year celebration. As such we have made it $31 for this special course.
In addition, we offer sake and wine to go along with this course as selected by Toshi.
On October 16th only, we will also open up our great selection of sake and wines which are usually not sold by the glass.
